About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Morning Care Specialist to join our team in Blandford Forum. As a Morning Carer, you will play a vital role in helping our customers start their day with confidence and a smile.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with morning routines, preparing breakfast, encouraging light exercise, and providing companionship and support. You will also need to provide medication reminders and ensure our customers feel prepared for the day ahead.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to work independently. A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car are also essential, as you will be visiting customers in the community on weekdays and weekends.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £13.50 on weekdays and £14.50 on weekends, with opportunities for enhanced pay on bank holidays and mileage paid at 45p per mile. You will also benefit from 28 days holiday (pro rata), company car options, free uniform and PPE, and pension contributions.

Requirements
