About the Role:

As an Underwriter, you will work collaboratively with our Senior Underwriter and Team Manager to deliver financial results. You will need excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to manage your own diary successfully in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers to grow our commercial book of business
  • Analyze risks and communicate effectively with brokers and customers
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Underwriter and Team Manager to deliver financial results
  • Manage your own diary and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Property and Liability underwriting
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a large complex organization
  • Good knowledge of FCA and other relevant regulations and legislation
