About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Leisure Operations Manager to join our team at Tenpin Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in one of our busy entertainment centres.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a senior management role within leisure, hospitality or retail, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results-driven initiatives.

You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A natural leader, you will be able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential, while also being proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assume day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the centre, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead the team by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and work ethic, and promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities and deliver results.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that all financial targets are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and address any operational issues or concerns, taking prompt action to resolve problems and prevent recurrence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a senior management role within leisure, hospitality or retail.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results-driven initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, as required.
