Site Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. As a key member of our fit-out contractor team, you will be responsible for managing the logistics, sub-contractors, documents, and inductions on a £4M CAT B D&B Fit Out project in South West London.

As the number 2 on site to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget while maintaining a high standard of health & safety. You will be reporting to the Construction and Project Manager daily.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
  • Ability to take instruction from No.1 Site Manager
  • Procore Experience
  • Experience in delivering commercial fit outs
  • Experience in M&E
  • Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
  • Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
  • Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
  • Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
