About the Role

TECHOHANA is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team as a Technical Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing long-term projects with minimal oversight, leading a team of consultants, and ensuring adherence to estimates, timelines, and milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the business analyst to ensure that requirements are design-ready.
  • Work with designers to ensure design meets business requirements.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Document processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of Salesforce consultancy experience or similar end-user experience in a complex environment.
  • Hands-on configuration experience.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a particular emphasis on strong communication skills in a remote work setting.
  • 5+ Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, and specialist areas such as Pardot, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and FSL.
  • Proven track record of having worked in a similar position with comparable responsibilities.
  • UK-based and eligible to work within the U.K.
