We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cleaning and Support Worker to join our team at Phoenix Park Care Village in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake cleaning tasks to maintain excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the care village.
  • Deep clean areas as required, including bathrooms and toilets.
  • Ensure stock levels of cleaning products are maintained and COSHH controls are adhered to.
  • Complete paperwork and documentation to record cleaning activities.

We are looking for someone with a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Although prior experience as a cleaner in a similar environment is desirable, full training will be provided.

Our residents live with a range of age-related health conditions, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions that require dignified support from our care team.

As a Cleaning and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
