Role Overview
AWE Plc is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the design team, you will identify and implement innovative manufacturing processes in a highly regulated environment.

This role is ideal for candidates with demonstrable experience in working within a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with technical experts and research centres to develop and implement new ways of working.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative manufacturing processes
  • Work alongside design teams and technical experts

Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Configuration management experience
  • Maintenance and support of manufacturing processes
