Job Overview

Broadcast Recruit Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in our warehouse and office settings. This is a full-time, 1-year fixed-term contract (possible extension/move to permanent) role that requires exceptional leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to ensure seamless logistics and inventory management.
  • Lead a team to ensure timely delivery of production equipment and kits, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure all production equipment is prepped and dispatched promptly.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management and office operations, preferably in a broadcast or related industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and forklift operation (valid license preferred).
  • Full clean valid driving license and experience in a broadcast/warehouse environment.
