**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Chip Reliability Technician to join our team at Lumentum Operations LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the development of test engineering for reliability testing, including the creation of aging and biasing oven test kits.

The successful candidate will have experience in electrical and optical test execution for chip-level qualification, as well as data extraction and processing. They will also be responsible for ESD test development and maintenance, and will analyze IV data to identify the root cause of failures.

This role requires close collaboration with our Chip Reliability Manager, Reliability Lab Manager, and Senior Reliability Engineers to define testing requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent report writing and presentation skills, and will be able to robustly defend data analysis and conclusions where necessary.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Development of test engineering for reliability testing, including the creation of aging and biasing oven test kits.
  • Electrical and optical test execution for chip-level qualification, data extraction and processing.
  • ESD test development and maintenance.
