About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Global Sales team in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and room night contributions into our Wyndham Hotels & Resorts portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Account Development:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with global travel buyers and booking departments/decision makers from key corporations. Focus on increasing RFP acceptances, tracked revenues, and market share annually through CVENT Transient and nominated TMC/GDS into WHR hotels.

2. Business Travel Account Development:

Establish strategic partnerships with account directors/managers from clients' nominated TMC/consortia to drive demand, market share, and revenues into the WHR portfolio.

3. Franchisee Relations:

Collaborate with franchise and management partners to understand their needs and product offerings while educating them on engaging with Global Sales and the RFP process.

4. Internal Relations & Systems:

Work closely with colleagues from all Wyndham Hotels & Resorts units to ensure continued success. Identify and nurture key constituents to achieve goals. Utilize business tools and systems to achieve agreed goals and targets.

5. Industry Participation:

Represent WHR at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Become an active member of relevant industry associations and institutions.

6. Leadership Development:

Take responsibility for personal and professional development in preparation for next-level responsibilities.
