We are seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Supervisor to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a Residential Childcare Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to young people in our residential setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Taking care of young people's daily needs
  • Leading a team of colleagues
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans

You will be required to hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months and have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. Experience in similar roles, especially with vulnerable young adults or children who have suffered trauma, is highly desirable.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the needs of young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits including comprehensive training, paid holidays, and opportunities for career progression.
