As a Catering Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair, and fault finding of gas and electric kitchen and laundry equipment. This is a field-based role, requiring you to be customer-facing and meet with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Service, maintain, repair, and fault find gas and electric kitchen and laundry equipment.
  2. Work in a field-based environment, interacting with customers and meeting with clients.
  3. Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard, meeting the required quality and safety standards.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  1. COMCAT 1,3,5 qualifications.
  2. Commercial ACS Gas Laundry Qualifications: CLE1 / CCLNG1 / CONGLP1PD / COCCLNG1.
  3. LPG qualification (advantageous).
  4. Relevant electrical experience (18th edition electrics, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics advantageous).
  5. Full Driver's Licence.
Package Overview:
  1. Competitive basic salary of £40,000 pa, depending on experience/location.
  2. Door-to-door pay.
  3. 22 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service).
  4. Van + Fuel Card.
  5. Personal use of van (Transit Custom).
  6. Birthday Off.
  7. Private Pension.
  8. £250 Tool allowance per annum.
  9. Smart phone, Laptop & PDA.
  10. On call rota 1 in 6 (weekends only).
  11. £100 standby allowance (£50 if not called out).
  12. Paid at 1.5 x.
  13. Top-up training provided and funded if required.
