We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Assistant at SUMO Talent. This role is crucial in supporting our talent managers and agents with day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless communication, and coordinating tasks to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to talent managers and agents, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with talent onboarding and contracts, including drafting agreements, obtaining signatures, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate logistics for talent-related events, meetings, and photo/video shoots.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from talent and clients in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support talent branding and digital presence, including updating social media profiles and portfolios.
- Research industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for talent.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaborations, brand partnerships, and sponsored content opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience within an influencer or talent agency
