Egis Group, a global consulting and engineering firm, is seeking an Electrical Engineer Leader to join its team in London. As a key member of our water division projects, you will provide technical direction to discipline engineers and lead the efficient delivery of projects to meet programme and budget targets.

With extensive experience working in the UK Water sector, you will be responsible for reviewing drawings and models to ensure quality, safety, and technical standards are adhered to. You will also lead on quality management, ensuring design compliance with all applicable standards and regulations, and provide technical expertise for interdisciplinary analytical studies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on iconic projects that connect people, protect the environment, and meet emission reduction targets. You will contribute proactively to resourcing and management of local and wider teams, managing quality through the BIM360 workflow review in line with the project timeline.

The successful candidate will have a degree in an Electrical engineering discipline or demonstrate a degree level of knowledge through relevant experience. They will also have demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving successful project outcomes, strong client management skills, and experience in strategic planning and execution of projects.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonuses. Our benefits package includes a pension contribution of 5% of your salary, life insurance, private healthcare for you, a health cash plan, and 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays). We also offer a tailored career path with structured training.
