Job Summary


This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nurse to work with our multidisciplinary team, providing holistic care to patients and their families. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.


Key Responsibilities


• Provide expert nursing advice and support to patients and their families


• Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team


• Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-care and independence


• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:


• A degree-qualified nurse with a valid NMC registration


• Post-registration experience in a specialist area, preferably in cancer care


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team


• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on patient-centered care and evidence-based practice
