Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the ERP Systems Manager to design and implement systems and processes that drive business efficiency.
  • Develop software solutions from designs provided by the ERP Systems Manager, leveraging expertise in SAP Business One and other relevant technologies.
  • Design and develop solutions to increase efficiencies throughout the business, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Manage, develop, and maintain all installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of systems, including backup and redundancy strategies, to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Provide exceptional first-line support to internal customers, responding promptly and professionally to systems-related queries.
  • Work with IT support companies to resolve issues and implement solutions, serving as a liaison between teams.
  • Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, exercising initiative and judgment to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on software applications, including SAP Business One, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Audit systems and procedures to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deploy new systems to live processing, either independently or in collaboration with the ERP system support analyst.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a SAP Business One Developer, with a strong understanding of SAP Business One and related technologies.
  • Essential skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, C#.NET, with experience in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript a plus.
  • Preferred skills: Bootstrap, jQuery, Entity Framework, Power BI (Fabric) API, Graph API.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Previous experience in a similar project, utilizing DI API processes to integrate an ERP system with a web front-end.
