We are seeking a talented Transportation Infrastructure Worker to join our team in Minehead. As a Transportation Infrastructure Worker, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our transportation infrastructure.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £38,000, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive pension scheme and a generous annual holiday entitlement.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on the network, responding to incidents on the network, and ensuring site and company equipment is always secure. You will also be required to operate a variety of plant and equipment, and to complete daily record sheets as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of highway maintenance practices and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.

The ideal candidate will have a Street Works qualification and a full driving license. They will also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
