Senior Solicitor - Regeneration and Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solicitor to join our team at St Helens Council. As a Senior Solicitor - Regeneration and Projects, you will be responsible for providing commercial property legal support services across the council, involving exciting regeneration and project work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with regeneration and project work, including public/private partnership arrangements
  • Provide legal support for commercial property matters, including high-value and high-profile transactions
  • Support the successful delivery of the Council's Levelling Up and Town Deal initiatives
Requirements:
  • Previous experience dealing with commercial property matters in a local authority
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to handle major business projects and communicate effectively with officers, courts, barristers, and professional bodies
