DB Charles Recruitment is seeking a skilled Luxury Retail Merchandiser to join their team in the South of England.

About the role:

  • As a Luxury Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing store relationships and client accounts across the UK.
  • You will conduct visual brand checks and offer merchandising advice to ensure our clients' brands are presented in the best possible light.
  • Networking and trade shows are also key aspects of this role, as you will need to navigate these events to build relationships and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • In addition to your merchandising duties, you will provide product demonstrations and training to clients and internal teams.
  • Costing and ordering tasks are also an essential part of this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the products they need in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • This role requires strong diary and account management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail merchandising.
  • Sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as you will be working closely with clients and internal teams.
  • You should be comfortable with extensive travel and overnight stays, as this role requires regular visits to stores and clients across the UK.
  • A full UK driving license is required, as you will need to travel between locations.

Salary and Benefits:

  • The salary for this role is £35,000-£38,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A company car is provided, as well as a laptop and other necessary equipment.
  • We also offer a Christmas shutdown period and other benefits to support your work-life balance.
