Role Overview

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic and personal development by providing assistance in the classroom, helping teachers with lesson delivery, and working closely with pupils who need extra guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
  • Provide individualized support to students who require additional help, promoting their learning and social development.
  • Help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
  • Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting students' learning journey.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well with students of different abilities.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
