We are seeking an experienced and skilled Immigration Solicitor to join our team at CV-Library. As a Lead Immigration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on immigration law to clients, as well as managing your own caseload and meeting business development targets.

"The Role"
A seasoned solicitor with expertise in both Business and Private Immigration, including Visa applications, Sponsor Licence Applications, and British Citizenship, is required. Your experience should encompass Settlement in the UK/Indefinite Leave to Remain, Extension applications, Human Rights & Asylum, Deportation & Removals, Subject Access Requests, and EEA Applications.

  • 3+ years PQE as a solicitor in Immigration Law
  • Excellent client care skills, providing professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conduct
  • Strong IT skills
  • Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies
  • Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets
  • Up-to-date knowledge and skills in compliance with Continuing Professional Development and internal training expectations
  • Proven experience of handling own caseload
  • Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines
  • Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability
