We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Night/Night Nurse to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. As a Community Night/Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and reviewing individual care packages, providing practical training to care workers, and clinical supervisions. You will work closely with our healthcare workers at the point of care, which may include home, school, community, and day centers.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and review individual care packages to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
- Provide practical training to care workers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct clinical supervisions to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare workers to deliver care in a variety of settings
- Participate in our paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis
