Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and reinforce self-regulation techniques, helping students to understand and manage their emotions and behaviours.

  • Maintain detailed records of students' behaviour, progress, and any interventions used.
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure that students receive comprehensive support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Behaviour Support Mentor or in a similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
