Job Title: Senior Speech Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Therapist to join our team at Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload and providing a highly specialist service to adults with speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing difficulties in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a clinical caseload and provide specialist services to adults with speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing difficulties
  • Work in various settings, including acute hospitals, rehabilitation, continuing care, and community settings
  • Supervise and support junior staff members
  • Develop and implement creative pathways of care reflective of individual need, client groups, and evidence-based practice
  • Contribute to research, audit, and service development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Advanced Specialist Speech Therapist qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience in managing a clinical caseload and providing specialist services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
