About the RoleAs a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best interests of our residents are at the forefront of all decisions made about their care. You will work closely with our residents, their advocates, family, friends, and significant others to provide person-centred support and ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the best interests of each resident are at the centre of all decisions made about their care.
- Respond promptly and effectively to concerns, complaints, or requests from residents, their advocates, family, friends, and significant others.
- Assess and minimise risks to keep each resident safe.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of supporting adults in a care setting or in the community.
- An understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support.
- Ability to undertake a flexible working pattern.
- Experience of working with vulnerable people or those with complex needs and a passion for enhancing individuals' quality of life through positive behaviour support.
- An NVQ L3 in Health & Social Care, or relevant qualification.
