We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Purchasing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional car buying experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact pre-approved customers within required contact times to discuss their car buying needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers and dealerships to ensure a smooth and positive transaction
  • Understand customer needs to source their perfect car match
  • Work with dealerships to secure the best deal on the right car for the customer
  • Liaise with customers and dealerships to ensure a quick and seamless transaction
  • Collaborate with the Personal Assistance team to facilitate the onward customer care journey
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of the car buying industry is desirable
  • A passion for providing a great customer experience
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks in a timely manner
  • Passion and motivation for the business and yourself
  • Experience working towards and exceeding targets
Working Hours

Monday to Sunday, 9am to 8pm, with a flexible can-do attitude and a willingness to work weekends and bank holidays.

Office work is required due to regulatory commitments.
