Building Fabric Engineer

This Building Fabric Engineer role is ideal for someone with a passion for maintenance and repair work. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to meet their requirements. This may involve patch plastering/rendering, protection, carpentry works, floor coverings, wall tiling, general repair work, changing lights and locks, and other tasks as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have time-served experience across a mix of multiple trades, ideally in a building fabric role. A valid UK driver's license is also essential, as you will be required to travel to client locations throughout your area. Strong communication skills and a strong work ethic are also crucial for this position.
The salary for this role is approximately £32,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including a 25-day annual leave entitlement, plus bank holidays, and an additional 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets.
