Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Remote
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 + benefits

About the Role:

Gold Group is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-profile aviation projects at Gatwick Airport. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing cost estimation and budget management throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring financial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough benchmarking and reviews of the design to ensure alignment with the clients' requirements, building contracts, and lease agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects from start to finish.
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress, financial status, and compliance to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the project execution.

Requirements:

  • NEC contract expertise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3/2)
  • Proven track record of delivering aviation or similar infrastructure projects for principal contractors or a cost consultant
