Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead our Contract/Freelance Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-senior level construction roles. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing existing relationships within the business to place all contract roles, building a go-to contract candidate database, and working closely with perm consultants to utilize all existing contracts with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-senior level construction roles
* Develop existing relationships within the business to place all contract roles

* Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
