About the Role

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a specialist in mental health and community health services, you will be responsible for planning and managing your own caseload and interventions, undertaking clinical sessions, and supporting clients and their families in various settings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for clients with mental health problems
  • Collaborate with clinical and professional colleagues to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide guidance and delegation to therapy assistants as needed
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration
  • Post-qualification experience working with children and young people with mental health problems
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
