Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Lead the development of strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and planning disciplines to align business strategies with market objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform business recommendations.
  • Continuously review market performance and recommend actions to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the development of business strategies to maximize sales and profit opportunities.
  2. Analyse key data and devise recommendations to inform business decisions.
  3. Foster strong relationships with customers through regular business reviews and informal contact.
  4. Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to inform business strategies.
  5. Provide monthly reports on market trends and new business developments.
  6. Maintain a live business development plan to guide individual tailored initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Estimated salary: 62000 - 80000 pounds per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Fully qualified and experienced Senior Business Development Manager or similar role.
