Job Title: Luxury Travel Consultant - German Language Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a German-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for advising our customers on luxury travel services and managing their requests from preparation to billing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advise customers on luxury travel services in English and German
* Process customer requests from preparation to billing
* Make reservations with airlines, hotels, and destination agencies
* Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents
* Mediate with passion
* Active sales of promotions and exclusive events

Requirements:

* Excellent language skills in professional German and English (C2 according to The Common European Framework)
* Ability to speak an additional language such as French or Italian (advantage)
* Completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
* Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator, or in a travel agency
* GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
* Strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle
* Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure
* Positive attitude and identification with Ten Group values
* Strong communication skills
