We are seeking an experienced Ops professional to join our G MASS team as a Regulatory Control Specialist. This is a 9-month contract with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive salary in the region of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.

The role requires familiarity with industry-related directives such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MIFID II, and SFTR. You will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and remediation in the Regulatory Control process and Sales Support functions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining MIS to track performance and accuracy
  • Overseeing and challenging KRIs produced by the Sales Support team in India
  • Managing regulatory point-of-trade queries from Sales and ensuring data discrepancies are investigated and remediated in a timely manner
  • Ensuring efficient trade processing across OTC and Cash products while following procedural, control, and risk management requirements
  • Managing relationships with sales teams, trading desks, business partners, and external clients and vendors

  • Familiarity with major asset classes: equity, credit, rates, FX cash & derivatives, and their data characteristics
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
  • A strong track record in process enhancement and improvement
  • The ability to work independently while supporting the overall goals of the team
