We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team as a Child Protection Advisor. This role involves providing high-quality child protection services across Argyll and Bute, representing NHS National Services Scotland and offering expert knowledge and advice on safeguarding children and young people to various professional groups and organisations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritising support to children, families, and Justice professional colleagues, offering training, one-to-one support, and case supervision in relation to complex child protection issues, such as substance misusing parents, gender-based violence, and cases of neglect.

This role requires the ability to operate with a high level of autonomy, making clinical decisions based on researched evidence and communicating complex and sensitive information regarding child protection issues.

Salary: £38,890 - £44,503 per annum (depending on experience)
