Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Sales Executive to join our team in Southampton, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities include gathering feedback from customers on current product/solutions performance, presenting new products/solutions, and facilitating their discussion with inside company technical experts. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. They will also contribute to team-work and knowledge sharing, maintain and update reporting systems, and participate in industry events to stay up-to-date with market trends.
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
