Teaching Personnel is Seeking Supply Teaching Assistants

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to work as Supply Teaching Assistants across schools in Leyland and Chorley.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support students while maintaining control of your schedule.

  • Provide support in primary and secondary classrooms as needed.
  • Work on a flexible, bank-staff basis with availability for at least one day per week (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).
  • Collaborate with teachers to create a positive learning environment.
  • Assist with classroom management, student engagement, and individual learning needs.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work at least one full school day (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM) per week.
  • A valid Child Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
  • References covering the last two years of employment or study.

The estimated salary for this role is £12-15 per hour based on similar roles in the area.
