Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Belfast. This role will be responsible for supporting the company's network infrastructure through monitoring, troubleshooting, and change implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the ongoing operation of service to end users and customers by ensuring that service is operated within agreed service levels.
  • Ensuring the overall platform stability and its sustained delivery to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Day-to-day monitoring and management of our platforms to ensure that internal SLAs, operational KPIs, and quality standards are met.
  • Handling complex technical support issues.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a fast-paced, enterprise NOC role (minimum L2/L3 experience).
  • Extensive experience of networking technologies, including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing.
  • Understanding/experience with ISO and ITIL standards.
  • CCNP certification (or working experience to this level).
