About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position based in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the intellectual property team, including managing inboxes, processing emails and post, and maintaining a computerised case management system.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing full secretarial support, including typing of documents and managing email inboxes
  • Accurately maintaining computerised case management systems and generating standard correspondence from templates
  • Preparing official forms for patent applications and design applications, including use of online filing software and payment of official fees
  • Organising and prioritising workload, remaining composed and level-headed during periods of busy activity

Your Skills

Requirements

Good Microsoft package skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel, with an understanding of case management systems and experience of following/generating standard procedures and templates for repeat tasks.
