Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Design Expert to join our team at the Luton plant. As a key member, you will design and develop new products while continuously improving existing procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and development of new electronics products
  • Continuous improvement of procedures and processes
  • Capturing, specifying, and managing design requirements
  • Verification and validation of new product designs
  • Applying expertise to electronics product design
  • Ensuring adherence to Design to Cost, Design for Manufacture, and Design for Test best practices
  • Participation in product roadmaps definition
  • Maintaining awareness of current industry trends and relationships with suppliers
  • Supporting project evaluation and providing technical assistance
Requirements:
  • A relevant Engineering Degree (e.g., Electronics)
  • Experience in high and low volume product development
  • Background in both analog and digital electronic development for regulated markets
