About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and knowledge in CNC milling, working within a dynamic and innovative environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in programming and operating CNC machines, with a strong understanding of 5S methodology and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and operate CNC machines and equipment within the Milling department
  • Work in accordance with HSE legislation, company procedures, and quality standards
  • Ensure products meet customer requirements, quality standards, and airworthiness authorities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in aerospace or automotive
  • Familiarity with company procedures and processes within an organisation accredited to ISO, CAA, BSI, or equivalent standards
  • Experience of programming (desirable)
  • Experience of 5S methodology (desirable)
  • Ability to solve problems
