Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster to join our clients established and leading Claims team, focused on handling US Casualty claims alongside our Senior Claims Adjusters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage claims of varying complexity within a defined authority level, in line with our Claims commitment, philosophy, and procedures.
- Adhere to internal and external standards for claims handling and customer service, including meeting SLAs and keeping systems, such as ECF and DOCOsoft, up to date.
- Keep Underwriters and other internal stakeholders informed of relevant claims information and issues, as well as their impact on underwriting and policy interpretation.
- Regularly communicate with the broader Claims team and provide updates on relevant claims developments, issues, and trends.
- Provide general support to the team, including ad hoc tasks or projects as needed.
- Proven experience in handling US Casualty claims and solid technical claims knowledge.
- Familiarity with London Market claims systems and proficiency in Word, Excel, and similar applications.
