At Costa Limited, we're reimagining coffee experiences in over 50 countries, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Field Service Engineers. As a key part of our UK&I Support Centre, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our Costa Express equipment, ensuring our customers enjoy their coffee experiences.

About the Role

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing or replacing equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work closely with our technical trainers and champions in the field to develop your skills and confidence. Our comprehensive training program, developed in partnership with City & Guilds, will equip you with the knowledge and expertise to excel in this role.

Requirements

Our Training Program

We believe in developing and investing in talent. Our City & Guilds Assured training program will help you reach your full potential. You'll receive 3 weeks of in-depth training in our Loudwater Academy, covering servicing and maintaining our fleet, fault finding, and technical knowledge. You'll be supported and coached by our champions in the field to embed your learning and build your confidence.
