Forklift Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled FLT Engineer to join our close-knit team, responsible for the repair and maintenance of heavy handling equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Repair and refurbish heavy handling equipment on-site and at customer locations
- Diagnose and identify faults using schematic drawings
- Perform regular maintenance, including servicing, repair, and part replacement
- Provide excellent after-sales service, ensuring customer queries are resolved promptly
- Manage workload effectively and maintain a safe working environment
- NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent
- Previous experience in an engineering environment, heavy plant, or agriculture
- Full driving licence
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering, especially forklift repair
- Ability to use mechanical power tools and workshop machinery
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
- Good communication skills, with customer service experience a bonus
- Salary of £33,000 - £36,000 (OTE £45,000 - £50,000 with overtime)
