**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at PEAR RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion, ensuring all parties are kept fully informed.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the sales progression process, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with all parties
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date files for each sale, including administrative tasks and liaison with conveyancers, solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors
* Utilize excellent IT skills, including intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
