Sales Representative

DCK Group is a leading fashion jewellery company, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. Our clients include River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco, Boots, and more.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant in Hull Anlaby. As a key member of our retail team, you will provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our stores.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44, plus flexible working hours that allow you to work at times that suit you. You will also have access to free jewellery, approximately £25-£55 per month, and the opportunity to work without weekends.

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and effectively.
• Promote sales opportunities through effective product placement and display techniques.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised store environment, adhering to housekeeping standards.
• Support the host management teams in building strong relationships with clients and identifying sales opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Sales or retail sales experience is highly desirable.
• Able to use an Apple or Android smartphone with operating systems of Android 8.1 or later / Apple IOS 13.4 or later.
