Patent Infringement Advisor

Redhill Solicitors is seeking an experienced Patent Infringement Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, with a focus on patent infringement.

Key responsibilities will include providing expert legal advice on patent infringement matters, handling patent infringement cases, including litigation and dispute resolution, and advising clients on their intellectual property rights, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for drafting and advising on partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, and LLP agreements, as well as demonstrating an understanding of the flotation process for businesses.

They will prepare reports for corporate transactions, maintain records, conduct due diligence for corporate transactions, and maintain strong client relationships. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, with a typical office location. Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum.
