Job Title: Year 3 Teacher Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join our team at a reputable school in Glossop. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a mixed ability class of approximately 30 children and will be accountable for their learning and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to meet the needs of all pupils
  • Assess and record pupil performance, monitoring social and emotional wellbeing
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities and attend wider school events
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching in a KS2 setting, preferably Year 3
  • Excellent references to support previous experience
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
