Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care duties, administering medication, and promoting customer health and well-being.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care duties, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Administering medication according to individual needs
  • Manual handling, using equipment where required
  • Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the full

You will be working with a diverse range of customers, each with their unique needs and requirements. We want to ensure that every customer receives the best possible care, and we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring, and patient.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A full and valid UK driving licence
  • Access to a car
  • The right to work in the UK
  • An excellent level of English

We will provide you with all the necessary training and support to ensure you feel equipped for the role.
