About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Water Sector team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our water engineering projects and contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct teams of water engineers to deliver high-quality technical design work, adhering to relevant design standards and codes.
  • Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
  • Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Establish quality assurance standards in design and grow, develop, and manage water engineering capability within the practice.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Comprehensive knowledge in water and wastewater treatment, hydraulics, storage, supply, and collection systems.
  • Familiarity with current UK design standards and working practices.
