Job Title: Second Charge Mortgage Advisor

We're seeking experienced and ambitious Second Charge Mortgage Advisors to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing expert guidance on second charge mortgages from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Expert Advice: Provide top-tier solutions and make a real impact using our state-of-the-art platform.
  • Embrace Technology: Handle high volumes of business effortlessly with our innovative platform.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear, effective communication with clients for a smooth process.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest mortgage products and market trends.
  • Ensure Compliance: Follow all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Thrives Under Pressure: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience advising on secured loans/second charge mortgages.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of supporting customers from initial inquiry to completion.
  • Qualifications: CeMAP qualification (must-have).
  • B2C Expertise: Experience handling B2C inquiries and securing the best deals across multiple lenders (a plus).
